ACORN's New Orleans Office Raided
In a fast-breaking development comes word that agents of the Attorney’s General office in Louisiana have raided ACORN’s offices in New Orleans. ACORN’s New Orleans was, for decades, the headquarters of the national community organizing association. News of the raid comes from Marcel Reid and her colleagues at ACORN 8, an association of former ACORN leaders and board members. Many of the individuals involved with ACORN 8 were fired from ACORN for demanding a forensic audit following an embezzlement scandal involving Dale Rathke, brother of ACORN co-founder Wade Rathke.

I think that once something is put on a computors HDD that it will always be there even after it's reformatted. Some real computor geeks could still find anything that has been deleted if given a little time to big deep into the data on the HDD. If things are found to be deleted then it should fall in the hands of the FBI and CIA justiction if the justice department doesn't do anything.

The Constitutionalist: I think we're on the same page. My hope is that Louisiana will get through and release whatever they find before the feds can seize it and cover it up. As I said, Holder won't investigate because there could be evidence directly linking ACORN to Obama, but I'm sure they want to cover that up.

@The Constitutionalist: This is a state investigation. I don't think the feds can simply step in. As long as Louisiana is investigating violations of state laws - the feds have no business in it. Of course, if we had an honest Justice Department instead of Eric Holder - they would be investigating violations of federal laws. But he won't do it because like his boss - he is corrupt.

That is really cruel. When I was a teenager, my folks lost everything. We relied on gov't surplus for nutrition until we got back on our feet through HARD WORK. Even I as a teen in HS picked apples in an orchard to pay our family bills.
